TnP Law Firm Advised PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk in Its Successful Shelf Registration of Bonds

We are delighted to announce that TnP Law Firm has acted as legal counsel to PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG), a leading Indonesian energy company primarily engaged in the upstream oil and gas sector, in the successful issuance of bonds through a shelf-offering program with a target fundraising of up to IDR 4 trillion.

In Phase I and Phase II of the shelf-offering progam, ENRG successfully issued bonds with a total aggregate value of IDR 1,650,200,000,000. The proceeds from this issuance will be allocated to refinance existing loan facilities of ENRG and its subsidiaries with bank and non-bank financial institutions, as well as providing additional working capital to support business continuity, operational efficiency, and future growth of ENRG Group in general.
