We are proud to share that our Associates, Andrew Jonathan and Andryan Liandi, recently served as speakers at the Workshop on Renewal of the Land Utilization and Land Development Agreement (LUDA) hosted by Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) in Mandalika, Lombok.
The session brought together ITDC’s Team Leaders, management representatives, and key personnel across a range of divisions including Legal, Business Development, Asset Management, Destination Research & ESG, Commercial & Relations, Operations, and Destination Management.
The workshop focused on the renewal of the LUDA, a strategic agreement between ITDC and its investment partners governing land utilization and development across The Mandalika tourism area. Discussions covered the agreement’s existing structure and the key contractual considerations shaping its renewal.
We are grateful to ITDC for the opportunity to be part of this meaningful exchange, and proud to see our associates contribute their expertise in a setting built on collaboration and shared learning. Opportunities like these reflect the kind of growth we value at TnP Law Firm, and we will always encourage our people to step forward, share their knowledge, and support our clients not only through legal counsel, but through partnership and dialogue.
Through engagements such as this, TnP Law Firm remains committed to supporting ITDC in strengthening its legal framework and contractual strategy for sustainable tourism development and to contributing, in our own way, to the advancement of Indonesia’s tourism sector.
