TnP Law Firm Assisted PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk in Its Successful Shelf-Registered Bonds and Sukuk Wakalah Public Offering

TnP Law Firm is proud to announce its role as legal counsel to PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk (CUAN) in the issuance of its Debt Securities (Bonds and Sukuk Wakalah) I through a shelf offering. This offering targets a total proceeds of IDR 2,000,000,000,000. This issuance marks CUAN first ever issuance of debt securities since it became a publicly listed company in 2023.

In this Phase I, CUAN successfully issued Bonds totaling IDR 650,000,000,000 and Sukuk Wakalah totaling IDR 350,000,000,000. The proceeds from this offering will be used to provide a loan to CUAN’s subsidiary, PT Multi Tambangjaya Utama (MUTU), in support of MUTU’s ongoing business operations and strategic development initiatives.
