It is with great pleasure that we extend our congratulations to PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (Mitratel) on its acquisition of 100% of the shares in PT Ultra Mandiri Telekomunikasi, previously held by PT Pembangunan Perumahan Infrastruktur (a subsidiary of PT PP (Persero) Tbk) and Yayasan Kesejahteraan Karyawan Pembangunan Perumahan.
Through this acquisition, Mitratel has secured an impressive 8,101 kilometers of fiber optic network across Indonesia from PT Ultra Mandiri Telekomunikasi, increasing its total fiber optic network to 47,815 kilometers. The pivotal transaction elevates Mitratel’s stature as a foremost publicly listed provider of telecommunications tower and fiber optic infrastructure in Indonesia, further entrenching its leadership in the sector.
Marked by its complexity and scale, this transaction was successfully executed under the guidance of our Partner, Ken Prasadtyo, with primary support from Associate Partner, Brahmantyo Jatiwidianto, and Associates, Eldwin Islamey, and Faishal Akbar.
