We are thrilled to announce that TnP Law Firm played a crucial role in the facilitating the Meratus Group’s acquisition of 80.19% shares in PT ICTSI Jasa Prima Tbk from its former controlling shareholder, ICTSI Far East Pte. Ltd. The scope of the transaction encompassed both M&A and capital market workstreams, and our role involved providing comprehensive legal support throughout the process. This included conducting strategic due diligence, structuring the legal framework, and negotiating acquisition documentation to ensure the seamless execution of the transaction. We also advised the Meratus Group on the subsequent mandatory general offer as a result of this acquisition.
