TJAJO & Partners Assisted Krakatau Steel Group in its Recent Corporate Action

PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk through its subsidiary PT Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur, has recently completed its divestment program in PT Krakatau Tirta Industri and PT Krakatau Daya Listrik. Both divestment were part of Krakatau Steel Group’s restructuring program and were conducted through partner selection process. PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk came out as the selected partner in both transactions.

Our partner, Melissa Butarbutar, led the team with direct support from Associate Partners Brahmantyo Jatiwidianto and Kevin Yehezkiel.
