Rambun Tjajo as Key Speaker at ICSA Academy Regulatory Program Webinar

We are pleased to share that our Partner, Rambun Tjajo, was recently invited as a key speaker at the ICSA Academy Regulatory Program Webinar, hosted by the Indonesia Corporate Secretary Association (ICSA).

The webinar, which discussed “In-Depth Discussion on Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2019 concerning Capital Increase by Public Companies through Pre-emptive Rights Issues (HMETD)”, Rambun highlighted the strategic role of Corporate Secretaries in overseeing each stage of a rights issue transaction to ensure that the process is conducted smoothly and in full compliance with POJK No. 14/POJK.04/2019.

The discussion brought together ICSA members in an engaging session that encouraged open dialogue, practical reflection, and a deeper understanding of the importance of legal compliance and information transparency.
