This strategic collaboration is aimed to strengthen cargo handling operations at Indonesia’s busiest port, reinforcing efficiency and service capacity. Our role encompassed comprehensive legal advisory, including structuring the transaction, drafting and negotiating key agreements, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
