TnP Law Firm is thrilled to announce the honor of representing PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL) as it’s legal counsel in its public offering of its Sustainable Debt Securities (Bonds and Sukuk Ijarah) I Phase I.
As the issuer, MTEL has successfully issued sustainable bonds totaling IDR 240,225,000,000 and a sustainable Sukuk Ijarah totaling IDR 10,015,000,000. The proceeds from this offering will be used for MTEL’s debt repayment.
