On Monday, June 10, 2024, we are delighted to have provided our assistance to PT Vale Indonesia Tbk in holding its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders AGMS.
The meeting covered several critical agenda items related to MIND ID’s nomination of its representatives in PT Vale Indonesia Tbk’s board of directors and board of commissioners as a result of its proposed acquisition of new shares through a Rights Issue of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk and purchase of existing shares from Vale Canada Limited, Sumitomo Metal Mining, and Vale Japan Limited. Following these transactions, MIND ID will increase its stake by 14%, becoming the single largest shareholder with a 34% ownership. VCL will hold the second-largest stake at 33.9%
