TJAJO & Partners Assisted PT Semen Baturaja Tbk on its Sustainability-Linked Loan (SSL) Facility

We are pleased to have assisted PT Semen Baturaja Tbk (SMBR) in obtaining a Sustainability Linked Loan (SLL) facility of up to IDR 901 billion for refinancing its existing debt. This loan facility agreement involving four banks that are committed to support Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) implementation. The objective of this SLL transaction is to support SMBR’s plans to increase the ESG rating and increase investror trust.
