TnP Speaks at Jasa Marga Group’s Sharing Session

We are delighted to share that our Partner, Ken Prasadtyo, together with Associate Partner, Kevin Yehezkiel, and Associates, Bianka Renzanova Kusuma and Salsabila, recently served as speakers at a two-day sharing session hosted by PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk’s subholding for its transjava toll road operators, to discuss Fundamental Legal Principles for Business. The event was attended by the Board of Directors and senior leadership of all of the Jasa Marga group’s tranjava toll road operators.

Throughout the two-days session, the team shared valuable insights and practical strategies on applying the core principles of corporate law and deepening the understanding of legal document preparation in line with applicable procedures within the Jasa Marga Group. The discussions encouraged active knowledge exchange and collaboration, highlighting how the effective application of these legal fundamentals can strengthen corporate governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support sustainable business growth across the organization. The sessions also involved interactive discussions, where participants raised practical questions or hurdles that they face day to day and discussed practical solutions to the issues that were raised.
