The upcoming 15th Annual Asian Legal Business (ALB) SE Asia Law Awards 2019 will be held in 11 April in Singapore. The shortlist for the finalists is being announced, and we are delighted to see nominations for our firm and partner.
The firm, TJAJO & Partners is being listed as the finalist for the Transactional Boutique Firm of the Year. Then our Senior Partner, Rambun Tjajo is being listed as the finalist for the Dealmaker of the Year.
Deals representations of the firm also being shortlisted for finalists, which are the ‘Financing for Semen Indonesia’s Acquisition of Holcim‘ as the finalist for Debt Market Deal of the Year (Premium category), and ‘Semen Indonesia’s Acquisition of Holcim Indonesia‘ as the finalist for the M&A Deal of the Year (Premium category).
This event will bring together legal business elites across South East Asia. The winners will be announced at the gala dinner and the awards ceremony on 11 April.
