KEN PRASADTYO SPOKE AT A WEBINAR ON PROJECT FINANCING IN INDONESIAN HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTIONS

Ken Prasadtyo, partner at TJAJO & Partners, spoke at a recent webinar on project financing in Indonesian highway constructions, organized by the Committee of Corporate Legal Academy 2022 (CLA 2022) of Atma Jaya University, Faculty of Law. Ken discussed syndicated loans in general and guided the participants through important practical considerations on syndicated loans for financing highway construction projects. To give a hands-on experience, Ken also provided a drafting training for the participants.

The webinar was organized to help participants understand the fundamental knowledge of business law along with its practical implementation in project financing transactions in Indonesian highway constructions.
