Rambun Tjajo, Senior Partner at TJAJO & Partners, was invited as a guest speaker at a seminar being held by Fidelitas Institute on 16 February 2019.

Rambun was speaking and sharing his knowledge in respect to the takeover or acquisition regime in Indonesia from the legal perspective. He was sharing the a-z of takeover or acquisition from legal and commercial perspectives, including but not limited to both acquisitions toward private and public companies, followed by the mandatory tender process explanation. The seminar was being well received by all participants, showing the interactive discussion throughout the seminar. The participants mostly are corporate finance persons from various companies.
