TnP Law Firm Assists in the Successful Acquisition of 803 Telecommunication Towers by Mitratel

Congratulations to PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (Mitratel) on the successful completion of acquiring 803 telecommunication towers from PT Gametraco Tunggal, valued at IDR 1.75 trillion. This strategic move not only increases the number of Mitratel tenants by 1,327 lessees but also solidifies its position as the leading tower services provider in Indonesia.

Of the 803 towers acquired, 70% (562 towers) are situated outside Java Island, with the remaining 30% (241 towers) located within Java Island. This additional asset composition underscores Mitratel’s commitment to being a strategic partner for the telecommunications operator industry and furthering its expansion nationwide.
