Ken Prasadtyo Listed in the ALB Asia Super 50 TMT Lawyers 2026
We are pleased to announce that our Partner, Ken Prasadtyo, has been named in the
TnP Law Firm assisted PT Jasamarga Akses Patimban (JAP), a subsidiary of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR), in securing a syndicated loan facility worth IDR 3.96 trillion from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) and PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (SMI).
The loan will be used to accelerate the construction of the Patimban Access Toll Road, specifically for Section 1, Junction Cipendeuy–Simpang Susun (SS) Cipendeuy, and Section 2, SS Cipendeuy–SS Pasir Bungur, with a total length of 14.11 km. This project not only supports the smooth flow of national logistics but also contributes to the economic growth of the local communities surrounding the toll road’s operational areas.
The successful execution was made possible through the strategic guidance of Partner, Ken Prasadtyo and Associate Partner, Afif Alfaruqi, with dedicated support from Associate, Bianka Renzanova Kusuma.
