Bomba Group Executed the MoU with PT Pertamina to Develop Gasification of Coal
Tjajo & Partners represented Bomba Group in a transaction concerning cooperation in the strategy of gasification of coal into DME (Dimethhyl Ether) products with PT Pertamina. We assisted Bomba Group in all legal aspects of the transaction. The cooperation is for the development of coal gasification into DME / LPG while reducing dependence on imports of LPG.
The transaction was led by our Senior Partners, Rambun Tjajo, and assisted by Associates of Brahmantyo Jatiwidianto and Clara Natalia Sitanggang.
